| 摘 要： | 我国高校军事课教学缺乏科学有效的教学质量评估体系，对军事课教学任务的完成与教学质量的提高无法实施有效的监督和激励。因此，进行高校军事课教学质量评估研究，构建科学的教学质量评估体系，切实提高我国高校军事课的教学质量，已成为当务之急。

| Abstract: | Due to the lack of scientific and effective system of teaching and learning quality evaluation of National Defenses Education, practical supervision and stimulation in accomplishing the task cannot he guaranteed. Thus, to make the teaching and learning quality of National Defenses Education better, the first imperative is to do some researches on it and build up a system of scientific teaching and learning quality evaluation. |
