| 摘 要： | 供应商管理工作的好坏直接影响着企业的兴衰。要对供应商进行有效的管理，就要正确选择供应商，应用好重点管理方法，建立科学的供应商业绩评估体系，保持供应商之间适度的竞争，优胜劣汰，建立企业与供应商密切合作、互荣互利的关系，从而建立一个科学的供应商管理体系。

| Abstract: | The management of distributor has a direct impact on the enterprise. The article believes that in order to have an effective management on distributors,the enterprise must choose the correct ones,using good methods and establishing scientific systems on distributor achievement appraisal. And the enterprise must keep a modest competition among the distributors to hold the good and give up the bad. At last, the enterprise must establish a scientific distributor management system through building up the relation on the mutual benefit and development by intense cooperation. |
