| Abstract: | To seek for the development of humanistic courses in higher vocational technical colleges, it is essentially necessary to develop school-based courses, to compile school-based textbooks and to conduct school-based education for teachers, and to form an inter-action, joint power, good ideal and mechanics, which can contribute its proper power to the development of higher vocational technical colleges and students. |
