| 摘 要： | 图书馆的远程咨询要围绕知识链的各个节点来进行知识管理，才能实现其个性化服务的目的。而知识管理的基础就是要有知识库的支持，因此建设知识库对于远程咨询的运行是十分必要的。建设好知识库必须明确其建设方案，同时对于知识库的管理与维护也是十分重要的。
