退火制度对高压铝箔再结晶立方织构的影响

摘    要:利用织构定量检测方法考察预备退火温度和最终退火温度对成品高压铝箔再结晶立方织构含量的影响.结果表明:在350℃×2h预备退火条件下,成品箔材中再结晶立方织构取向密度最大,R织构比例最小.其作用机理是预备退火影响铁的存在状态,进而影响成品退火时的原位再结晶和不连续再结晶过程.随着最终退火温度的增加,铝箔立方织构含量也增加.升高退火温度使析出物溶解加速,减弱对晶界作用,从而使晶界运动加快,有利立方织构的发展.

Abstract:Effect of pre-annealing and final-annealing treatment on cube texture was investigated by means of orientation distribution functions (ODF). The results showed that cube texture was at its strongest in pre-annealing at 350℃× 2h, while the R texture intensity is lower. Pre-annealing affected the state of Fe in the matrix, which, in turn, affected situ-recrystallization as well as the process of discontinuity recrystallization during final-annealing. Cube texture increased with the rise of final-annealing temperature, which leads to precipitates dissolution acceleration and weakens the function of grain boundary, causing faster grain boundary motion and facilitating the increase of cube texture.
