| Abstract: | Starting with the business ethic and the benefit relation of business administration, the writer puts forward the hypothesis of business ethic management, expounds that the business administration should be based on the hypothesis of the business ethic, and makes a further explanation to the business administration according to the ethic. Furthermore, the writer puts the stress on handling the relations correctly between the business and the people related to the benefit. |
