| Abstract: | It is a direct aim of the policy of "Science and Education Developed for Nation Advance" to robust the comprehensive development of people's competence in the help of education. Philosophical and social sciences functions in four aspects in quality education: dominating moral qualities, advancing cultural and scientific qualities, affecting physical and psychological qualities, and penetrating art and aesthetical qualities. |
