| 摘 要： | 我国正处在社会转型期，青年领导面临着发展与责任、人际关系、多重诱惑等多方面的压力，如何在日益纷繁复杂的工作中胜任本职工作，领导干部良好的心理素质已成为事业成败的关键。在新形势下对青年领导干部心理健康问题的研究仍然是一个新的课题。作为肩负国家和社会重要岗位职责的青年领导干部，心理健康的现状不容乐观，心理健康的维护和保障非常重要。从青年领导心理的含义出发，分析青年领导的心理弊症以及解弊途径。

| Abstract: | Our country is in the period of social transition ; the young leaders are faced with various pressures, Such as development and responsibility, interpersonal multiple temptation, and so on. How to do the complex work well, leaders ＇good psychological quality has become the key to success or failure of work. In the new situation, psychological health problems is still a new task. Young leaders bear the important responsibilty of country and society, their psychological health need to be maintaired and ensured. |
