| Abstract: | Promoting and leading the developing and creating of informations is a new trend of the developing information service in university library. There are chiefly four aspects for the service. Firstly, the core as the distinguished collections and subject informations, promotes the informations of distinguished library to develop and creat. Secondly . the means by renewal of information handling technology, leads the deeply processing and developing of informations. Thirdly, the subject librarians, directly develop scientific studies for the distinguished subject, lead and creat new informations. Fourthly, virtual library as the basic, directly instructs and services the innovation of society . |
