| 摘 要： | 以四川大学食品科学与工程专业实验室为例,探讨了专业实验室的建设与管理。从实验室硬件设施建设、实验教师队伍的建设、教学内容与教学手段的更新与提高、仪器设备、药品及原料的管理、实验室管理制度建设等多个方面探讨了实验室的合理建设与科学管理。
