| Abstract: | High-quality teachers is in great demand in the course of nurturing high-quality talents.The key to promote the P.E. qualities in colleges and universities in these P.E. teachers with reasonable knowledge structure and fairly good comprehensive abilities.In this article,the author sets forth his thinking as to which kind of knowledge structure and ability structure P.E.teachers should possess,who are faced with the requirement of P.E. reform and development in colleges and universities. |
