| 摘 要： | 跳槽作为一种职场行为，近年来在大学毕业生中呈高发态势。基于未来职业发展考虑，大学毕业生应明确跳槽可能带来的职场风险，掌握科学的跳槽方式。特别是应对盲目跳槽时，要树立科学职业发展观，在正确的职业价值观、职业道德观及职业实践观的指导下，促进职场成长。

| Abstract: | In recent years ,job-hopping became more and more universal among university graduates .Basing on the future occupational development ,university graduates should be clear about the workplace risks of job -hopping and master the scientific way of job -hopping .Especially when dealing with the blind job -hopping ,university graduates should establish the view of the scientific occupational development to promote occupational growth under appropri -ate career value ,career ethics and career practice view . |
