| Abstract: | "Human rights oversteps sovereignty" is the important basic theory with which the west countries interfere in the internal affairs of other countries. Since the 1990s this theory is broadcasted widely. Its direct purpose is to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries. So, it's very necessary, to treat correctly the relation between human rights and sovereignty and important to discover the essence of "human rights oversteps sovereignty ". |
