摘    要:“学生评教”作为教学质量监控与评价体系中的重要构成部分,对教师教学具有规范、诊断、约束作用。与此同时,评教指标设计、评教结果可信度及教学评价权重等因素制约了“学生评教”作用的充分发挥。

Abstract:As an important composing part of the system of teaching quality monitoring and assessment, "appraising teaching quality by students" has played a role in standardizing, diagnosing and controlling the teaching work of teachers. However, the various elements of the designing of the measures for judgment, the creditability of students appraising and the authority of teaching assessment have restricted the proper functioning of the method of "appraising teaching quality by students".
