| 摘 要： | 图书馆本作为公益性服务的载体，自数字图书馆的问世不断遭受“侵权”问题的困扰，在目前版权法还没有将图书馆的“间接侵权”责任提出豁免，所以寻求规避其侵权风险的对策是保护图书馆的有效手段，本文通过分析，提出了相应的规避风险对策。
