| 摘 要： | 信息社会的到来,使信息用户的整个信息环境发生了巨大变化,原先相对稳定的信息环境,在信息社会的推动下产生了革命性的变革。因此,必须以新的视角——信息生态环境来对信息用户的信息环境进行审视,通过信息社会研究维度的分析,使我们对信息用户的信息环境的变化、用户信息能力的提升和信息资源的开发与建设做出一个客观的判断,使用户能够更加科学、合理、有效地利用信息资源。
