| Abstract: | The concept of scientific development is the correct guiding theory of promoting the over-all development of human beings. The author thinks that the essence and core of upholding the guidance of the concept of scientific development is to adhere to people oriented, that the inherent requirements are to achieve the harmonious development between man, society and nature, and that the ultimate value Orientation is to accomplish the over-all development of human beings. |
