| 摘 要： | 近十年，宜宾的粮油产业取得了长足的发展，但还存在基层领导干部对国家粮食安全战略认识不足、产业规模小、科技支撑障碍重重等制约因素。因此，宜粮油产业要取得更大的发展，就必须从思想上，明确发展粮油产业的意义、思路、目标；在实践中，重视科技推广、加强配套设施建设、加大投入、培养龙头中介及做好服务工作。

| Abstract: | Over the past decade, the crop and oil production industry in Yihin has achieved a dramatic process yet several constraints still exit including the inefficient understanding of the food security strategy, small scale of industry and the ineffective high-tech support, ect. Suggestions are proposed to identify the significance to attach emphasis towards the technique support and the investment on mechanism to develop the leading enterprises and to offer best service. |
