| 摘 要： | 随着现代信息技术的发展，计算机网络技术已成为现代远程开放教育的主要技术平台，现代远程开放教育作为一种新型的教育形式，其思想政治工作方法与手段也与传统教育形式有一定的差异，现代远程开放教育条件下，如何有效地开展思想政治工作，是当前面临的一个主要问题，充分发挥现代教育技术手段的优势，因势利导，是做好现代远程开放思想政治工作的一个重要切合点。

| Abstract: | With the development of modem information and technology ,computer network technology has become the main platform of modern open distance education. As a new kind of teaching form its methods of political and idedogical work are not the same as that of traditional educational form. In this situation,how to develop political and ideological work efficiently is the main point. It's significant for the political and ideological work to make full use of modern educational technological means and the strongpoints according to the situation. |
