| 摘 要： | 当前我国中小学校长培训中存在的一些不容忽视的问题,如强调借助“外力”去营造培训氛围、培训内容多为拼盘、理论讲授和技能训练相脱节、培训忽略受训者思维方式的变化、培训者的引领不够以及忽视无形资源的利用等。这些问题应引起培训者的重视和反思。

| Abstract: | The paper deals with six problems identified in training primary and secondary school principals as follows: the emphasis on using "external forces" to create training atmosphere;the unsystematic training contents;the disconnection between theoretic lectures and skill training activities;neglecting the changes of trainees’ ways of thinking;trainers’ insufficient guidance and neglecting the use of intangible resources. |
