| 摘 要： | 教育研究者与教育实践者相互排斥、缺乏互动的紧张关系是内外因素互激互荡的合谋结果。内因即有限理性人自我利益的最大化倾向,外因即教育评价制度的利益诱惑。解决的思路在于唤醒二者的教育良知,以绝对命令形式约束其自我利益最大化的机会主义倾向;尊重个人私益,构建私益转变公益的教育评价制度。这将最终消解二者的排斥性紧张关系,促使双方和谐共生,积极推动教育本真使命的稳步实现。
