智慧档案馆建设中信息供给机制研究

摘    要:随着“智慧城市”概念的提出的,智慧档案馆的概念也应运而生。随着实践的不断深入,在智慧档案馆建设中信息供给机制已不能适应社会需求,为了不断完善智慧档案馆理论并指导实践,使得档案馆中信息的利用呈现出最佳效果,笔者对智慧档案馆建设中信息供给机制问题进行了相关的研究。本文以已有的智慧档案馆相关理论研究和各地智慧档案馆建设的实践经验为基础,在阐明智慧档案馆信息供给机制内涵的基础上,对现今实践中出现的信息供求、构建技术应用、“时差”、相关语言和社会环境等一些问题进行了总结,并提出完善信息交流系统、增强技术适用性、疏通交流渠道、提高信息处理效率以及加强新技术研究等建议,以期进一步丰富智慧档案馆的相关理论,推动实践工作进一步发展。

Abstract:With the concept of"smart city",the concept of smart archives came into being.With the deepening of practice,the information supply mechanism in the construction of smart archives has been unable to meet the needs of society.In order to improve the theory of smart archives and guide the practice,and make the best use of information in the archives,the author studies the information supply mechanism in the construction of smart archives.Based on the existing theoretical research and practical experience in the construction of smart archives in different regions,this paper summarizes some problems in the current practice,such as information supply and demand,construction technology application,"time difference",relevant language and social environment,and puts forward to improve the information exchange system and increase.In order to further enrich the relevant theories of the smart archives and promote the further development of the practical work,it is suggested to strengthen the applicability of technology,dredge the communication channels,improve the efficiency of information processing and strengthen the research of new technology.
