| 摘 要： | 数据时代档案编研工作产生了一些新特点,顺应时代的短篇系列化编研成果受到关注,电子编研方式新意不断,借助互联网络的档案编研与公众的融合程度日益加深。与此同时,档案编研工作也存在一些亟待解决的问题,诸如编研工作者观念转变不彻底,现有成果影响力不足、传播范围较小,并未充分利用社会力量和科学技术等。数据时代信息技术的发展以及公众档案意识的提升都使得档案编研工作有了更多提升的机会和可能性,档案部门站在新的时代起点上,不断强化开放与协作意识,探求档案编研工作的新理念;激活档案资源的多维价值,提高编研成果的易获取性;运用科学技术创新档案编研方式,增加编研成果的亲民性;注重编研成果的宣传与推广,提升档案编研工作影响力,多管齐下才能推动编研工作的进一步提升。

| Abstract: | Some new characteristics about the archives compilation in the era of data have appeared.Short series works have attracted people's attention and the electronic compilation methods are constantly innovative.With the help of the Internet,archives compilation is increasingly integrated with the public.At the same time,there are also some problems that need to be solved urgently in the compilation of archives.For example,the concept of archives is not completely changed,the influence and dissemination scope of existing works is insufficient,and the social force and technology are not fully utilized.With the development of information technology in the data era and the promotion of public awareness of archives,there are more opportunities and possibilities for archival compilation.In the data age,the archives department should strengthen the consciousness of openness and cooperation,activate multi-dimensional value of archives and improve the accessibility of compilation works.Besides,application of technology and emphasis on publicity and promotion of the compilation works should also be considered as the key issues.Only by making full use of various methods can the archives compilation work be promoted. |
