基础教育体育与健康课程改革:变迁、冲突及其整合——基于价值论的视角

摘    要:摘要:研究体育与健康课程改革的价值,其目的是科学认识课程改革改什么以及课程改革为什么的问题。本研究运用文献资料法从价值论视角对我国基础教育体育与健康课程改革的价值内涵、变迁、冲突及其价值整合进行了讨论与分析,研究认为:体育与健康课程改革的价值是指体育与健康课程的存在、作用及变化对于主体需要及其发展所具有的积极意义;揭示了不同阶段我国体育与健康课程改革的价值取向以及课程改革价值主体及其需要变迁和分化的原因;从四个方面重点分析了体育与健康课程改革中存在的时代价值冲突(纵向)、群体价值冲突(横向)、内部各项改革措施之间的冲突以及课程改革与外部社会价值的冲突;依据当今社会发展趋势、人的发展趋势以及课程发展的趋势,明确了基础教育体育与健康课程改革的主导价值,即强调个体价值和社会价值的统一。

Abstract:Abstract: Studying on the value of physical education and health course reform is for a better understanding of what and how to reform. From the perspective of axiology, this paper analyzed value connotation, change, conflict and integration of physical education and health course reform in China basic education by the method of literature review. The results showed that the value of physical education and health course reform demonstrates that the existence, function, and change of physical education and health course have positive meaning to the needing and development of subject. It revealed that the reasons of value orientation, subject and its needing change of China physical education and health course reform in different stages. This paper analyzed time vale conflict, group value conflict, inner reform measures conflict, and conflict with social value of physical education and health course reform from four aspects. Based on the trends of social development, human development, and course development, this study clarified main value of physical education and health course reform in basic education, which emphasized the integration of individual value and social value.
