| 摘 要： | 发展经济学理论将提高个人、企业和政府的收入。并将收入的大部分引诱到投资领域，作为解决资本短缺的重要手段。但对我国现有企业家来说，重要的是如何在现有的收入状况下，解决企业资本短缺的问题。只有解放思想，实现资本形成方式的创新。加大人力资本开发力度，实现资本深化，才能从根本上解决问题。

| Abstract: | According to Developing the theory of developing economics, enhanceing the income of individual, enterprise and the goverment, and then putting most of the income into the investment is the major solution of capital shortage. But to the present enterprises of our country, the most important is how to solve the problem of capital shortange based on the current situation. The anthor holds that only if refreshing the mind, realizing the innovation of capital formation, strengthening human resource and realizing capital deepening the problem can bebasically solved the problem. |
