| 摘 要： | 投资民办高等教育与其他投资一样存在着一定的风险。在现行的政策法规中，民办高等学校的产权关系不明晰、投资合理回报的不确定性、外部政策和同业竞争环境造成民办高等教育投资的政策性风险，民办高等教育的投资还存在着资金成本风险和资金收益风险。因此，应采取有效措施规避民办高等教育的投资风险。

| Abstract: | Like other forms of investment, there exists some certain risks in investing high education run by the local people. In the persent policy and law, there are many factors existing in the high educational investment, such as unclear property of high educational colleges, unstability of investment repaying, external policy and competitive circumstance in the same business, these factors produce policy risks of high educational investment. There also exists cost risk of funds and profitable risk of funds. So it is necessary to adopt an effective step to avoid the investment risk of high education run by the local people. |
