| 摘 要： | 高等教育为适应知识经济的发展对创新人才的需要，应转变传统的教育观念，从培养创新人才必备的“软环境”和“硬环境”两方面入手，建设和优化高校育人环境。从提高教师素质、实施素质教育、袢行产学研相结合、改革评价制度等方面营造创新人才培养氛围，培养和激发学生的创新意识和创新能力，对于高素质创新人才的成长具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the demand for qualified personnel with creative capability in the development of knowledge economics,it is necessary to make certain changes in conventional concepts of education and optimize personnel training environment in institutions of higher learning by creating the sound intangible and tangible environments which are indispensable to the cultivation of qualified personnel with creative capability It is of great importance to the cultivation of such personnel to reinforce the quality of the teaching staff, implement quality education and combine teaching with production and research, etc, so as to create the sound atmosphere for the cultivation of creative personnel to cultivate and inspire the students' creativity awareness and creativity itself |
