| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等职业教育前所未有的发展，一些通过重组、合并等改制升格的高等职业院校注重硬件建设而忽视内涵建设，学术氛围缺失，存在“八多八少”现象。需要高度重视学术氛围建设，拓宽思路，寻找对策。把浓郁的学术氛围建设当作校园文化建设的重心，看成是良好学风与校风的强有力支撑，看成是科研强校和特色办学的根本，从而打造和谐、健康、文明的高职院校校园文化氛围。

| Abstract: | With the development of higher vocational institute, upgraded higher vocational institutes, through restructuring and mergence, we paid much more attention on hardware building, and ignored the cultivation of academic atmosphere. Therefore, academic atmosphere should be paid attention to so as to build a harmonious, healthy and civilized campus. |
