| 摘 要： | 由于社会经济发展不平衡,来自经济困难家庭的大学生占了不少的比例.高校图书馆在现代进程中为贫困生利用图书馆创造平等机会,是阮冈纳赞图书馆"五定律"精神所要求的,也是高校图书馆教育职能的体现.但高校图书馆在现代化的进程中忽视了贫困生的权益.文章指出上述问题存在的事实,提出了改进的主张和方法.

| Abstract: | The Five Laws of Library Science maintain that all the students have equal rights to use library,This idea also reflects the educational functions of college libraries.However,in the present times,the poverty stricken students' rights and interests are neglected in modern management of college Libraries.This paper discusses these problems and suggests some ways for improvement. |
