| Abstract: | Through analysing the curve of pump flow versus pump head and the curve of pump flow versus pipeline characteristic, the conclusion is that if the pump margin head is excessively high, it will cause not only the overall system efficiency to reduce, but also the pump to produce gas, to have the cavitation, and the water supply to be insufficient, so that the pump body will be damaged. At last the corresponding solution is put forward. |
