素质教育的伦理学思考

摘    要:目前的素质教育推进过程中存在很多现实问题,中学教师面临着“要升学率”还是“要素质教育”的两难选择。一些教师因为强行推进素质教育而出现教育伦理方面的困惑,职业良心遇到挑战,教师幸福感大打折扣。因此,要在符合教育伦理规范的前提下,循序渐进地推行,才能事半功倍。

Abstract:There exist many realistic problems in the promotion the quality education.The middle school teachers face a dilemma of whether they should choose "the rate of school enrollment" or "quality education".Some teachers,due to their hard efforts to promote the quality education,have encountered some educational ethic puzzles and their professional conscience has been challenged,which has greatly reduced their sense of happiness.The present thesis makes a retrospect of the existing problems from the perspective of ethics and put forward some new ideas.
