| 摘 要： | 19世纪80年代以来,中国周边藩属国在东西方列强的武力侵略下,先后终结了与中国的藩属关系。列强继而把手伸向了中国的本土,其中英国企图侵入中国西藏。在政治上寻求剥离西藏于中国的法律借口,炮制所谓“西藏是中国属国”的谬论,并通过外交途径与中国较量。时任驻英大使曾纪泽严正声明,“西藏乃中华属地”,而不是属国。中国拥有对西藏的主权是毋庸置疑的,通过历史史实从根本上否定了英国炮制的“西藏是中国属国”的谬论,捍卫了中国对西藏所拥有主权的合法性。

| Abstract: | The neighbouring vassal states of China have ended the relationship of subordination to China one after another under the military invasion of oriental and western powers since 1880s.then the powers stretched out their hands into Chinese native land.Among them England attempted to invade Chinese Tibet.The British sought the legal excuse for Tibetans' separation from China in politics,and invented so-called fallacy that Tibet was the vassal state of China and set themselves against China by diplomacy.The then resident ambassador in England Zeng Jize once solemnly stated that Tibet is china's affiliated land,not vassal state.There's no doubt that China has sovereignty over Tibet.He categorically denied British contrived fallacy by historical events and uphold China's sovereignty over Tibet. |
