| 摘 要： | 高校学生受终身体育意识和体育思想的影响,各种运动竞赛在高校层出不穷,竞技水平越来越高,但往往裁判水平落后于竞技水平,给体育运动的开展带来了负面影响,甚至抑制了高校同学参加这项运动的主动性,从某种程度上阻碍了体育运动在高校的普及和提高,文章就如何在高校培养学生裁判能力提出自己的见解,以及如何面临亟待解决的问题,以适应高校竞技运动水平的发展。

| Abstract: | With various sport competitions widely being hold in colleges, the competitive level students has become higher and higher under the influence of fitness awareness as well as lifelong sports thinking, but the level of competition this point has a negative effect on the enhancement of competitive level thus restrict the initiative of college students actively taking part in sports and to some extent impede the popularity and advancement of sport in college. This article throws a light on how to train the capacity of referees and how to face the problems which need to be solved as quickly as possible in order to fit to the development of college competitive sports. |
