| 摘 要： | 各相关组织间的知识流动形成了知识链。知识链往往由多个不同类型的组织构成,各组织间存在着各种类型的冲突。依据知识链所具有的特征以及所依靠的环境来界定知识链组织之间的冲突类型,并浅析了知识链组织之间这几类冲突的形成原因。

| Abstract: | The flows of knowledge among relevant organizations form a knowledge chain.Knowledge chain is often constituted by a number of different types of organizations,among organizations there are various types of conflicts.In this paper,we based on the characteristics of knowledge chain as well as the survival environment of knowledge chain to define the conflict types among organizations in knowledge chain.Furthermore,the article analyzed the causes of these conflicts among organizations in knowledge chain. |
