| 摘 要： | 自叶利钦时代起“政权党”政治就作为俄罗斯特有的政治现象,对俄多党制政治产生着非常重要的影响。2001年俄《政党法》颁布和实施以后,“政权党”政治又有了新的变化和发展。本文试图通过对“政权党”政治、《政党法》二者的分析,来阐明其内在联系。

| Abstract: | From Ye Liqing times, politics of "party of political power", as a peculiar political phenomenon in Russia, had great influence on Russian politics of the system of multi-party. After The Regulation of Political Party having been published and implemented in 2001, politics of "the party of political power"had new change and development. By analyzing politics of "party of political power" and The Regulation of Political Party, the article tries to illustrate their inner relation. |
