| 摘 要： | 加强西部高等教育区域合作，实现西部高等教育一体化，对整合西部高等教育资源，实现与我国主体功能区相协调的区域高等教育可持续发展，具有极其突出的现实意义。为此，就西部高等教育区域合作的战略构想而言，加强西部高等教育区域合作与发展，是当前西部高等教育深化改革、加快发展所面临的一项紧迫任务。

| Abstract: | It is of prominent and actual significance to strengthen regional cooperation of western higher ed-ucation, to make an integration of the western higher education and integrate higher education resources and to achieve the sustainable development of regional higher education of China’ s main functional coordination. For this, putting forward the strategic conception of the regional higher education cooperation in the western China and strengthening its cooperation and development are an urgent task that the western higher educa-tion faces in the deep reform and development of its higher education. |
