| Abstract: | Short-cycle teacher colleges have been exerting an important role in China's seperate teacher-educated systems. Nowadays in the course of system transformation, teacher colleges confront obstacles in management structures. This paper forcast the development trend and the scale of China's teacher colleges in the next decade and gave some suggestions on how to deepen the system reforms. |
