| 摘 要： | 素质教育正全面推进，而品德素质教育是素质教育的一个极其重要的方面，本客观地分析了当前学校品德素质教育的现状，并指出其存在的弊端，为了消除弊端，作根据多年从事基础教育的经验，就品德素质教育的本质问题提出看法，并在此基础上，系统地讨论了实施品德素质教育的途径问题。
