| 摘 要： | 以问卷形式对国内300余所公共图书馆在文献资源购置经费、馆藏资源建设、信息资源保存保护、政府公开信息的采集、数字资源建设、文献资源共建共享等方面的法律需求进行了调查,据此提出我国<公共图书馆法>关于文献资源经费投入、文献补充、文献使用与处置、文献资源合作建设与共享等问题的立法建议.
