| Abstract: | The development of market economy has caused the collection of finance to be pluralized while the present financial administration system has failed to meet the demands of the new situation. University financial workers must further improve their administration levels by reforming financial system through such measures as changing their ideas and promoting the administration of budget, income and expenditure. |
