我国突破教师教育体制性障碍的实践

摘    要:本文以教师专业化为基础,分析了我国教师教育突破体制障碍的做法与经验,包括:实行综合大学办师范,突破传统、单一、封闭的师范教育体系;建构职前职后一体化培养模式,突破狭隘的职前培养模式;建立教师资格证书制度,延长教师培养年限,有效保障教师教育的质量;提高教师的待遇,推行免费师范教育,避免过度市场化等。提出要创新农村教师培养和补充机制,实现师范教育均衡化发展。
