| 摘 要： | 本文以中国政治文化流变为线索,分析各时期政治文化同公民意识发展的关系,认为中国公民意识的生成路径完全不同于西方资本主义国家,具有后发外生型特征。这就要求国家和社会对公民意识进行自觉的理性建构,大力发展公民教育,为其生成和培育创造良好的社会生态环境。
