高职院校行政管理人员职业生涯管理优化对策

摘    要:高职院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,行政管理人员是高职院校行政管理的主体,肩负着高职院校教学管理、科研管理、人力资源管理、后勤服务等任务,对高职院校的健康发展起着重要的作用;当今高职院校仍缺乏对行政管理人员职业生涯规划指导、薪酬待遇偏低、员工培训进修制度缺失等问题,高职院校应坚持以人为本的原则,注重营造职业生涯管理文化、健全科学的薪酬管理体系及健全和完善培训机制等方式来优化高职院校行政管理人员职业生涯管理。

Abstract:Higher vocational college is an important part of higher education in our country , the administrative staff is the main body of administrative management in higher vocational colleges , shouldering the teaching management ,scientific research management ,human resources management and logistics service missions in higher vocational colleges ,and it plays an important role in the healthy devel-opment of these colleges .Higher vocational colleges still exists several problems ,such as the lack of occu-pation career planning guidance ,low salary ,lack of employee training system ,higher vocational colleges should adhere to the principle of people-oriented ,focused on creating a management culture ,occupation career and improve the scientific management system and improve and perfect the training mechanism to optimize the occupation career management in administrative management in higher vocational colleges personnel management .
