摘    要:建立了一种应用琼脂悬浮液直接进样—石墨炉原子吸收法测定大米中痕量铅的新方法 .研究了大米悬浮液的均匀性和稳定性,并优化了石墨炉升温程序:干燥分两段进行,150℃用时20秒,250℃用时10秒;灰化温度750℃,用时23秒;原子化温度2 550℃,用时2秒.结果显示,标准工作曲线A=0.004634CPb+0.00435,相关系数r=1.00,线性良好.方法检出限:0.22 ng/m L.精密度RSD为3.61%.5次重复性试验RSD小于5%.回收率96.0%~99.0%之间.该方法简便、准确,灵敏度高,完全适用于大米及类似样品中铅的测定.

Abstract:Established a direct injections of agar suspension—the research of determination of Lead in Rice by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Study the homogeneity and stability of rice suspension. and optimize the graphite furnace temperature program: drying in two stages: 150℃ with 20 seconds,250℃ with 10 seconds; Ashing temperature of750℃ with 23 seconds; atomic temperature of 2 550℃ with 2 seconds. The results showed that standard curves A =0. 004634CPb+ 0. 00435,the correlation coefficient r = 1. 00,good linearity. The detection limit: 0. 22 ng / m L. RSD of3. 61%. 5 repeatability RSD% less than 5%. Recoveries between 96. 0% to 99. 0%. The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,fully determination of lead in rice and similar samples.
