| 摘 要： | 自冷战结束和苏联瓦解以来,世界政治中出现的最引人注目的变化之一,是欧亚大陆的地理政治重心正在从西欧向东亚发生明显转移,这种变迁对21世纪前期的美国大战略的挑战性在于,后冷战时代的美国如果要继续保持现有的世界领导者地位,势必将对其现有大战略做出某些重大调整,以反映正在发生剧烈变化的地理政治现实.本文指出,与冷战后正在发生的地理政治变迁相对应(尤其是中国崛起),21世纪前期美国大战略的关注重点同样也将从西欧向东亚发生转移,而这点意味着美国将为此发展新的技术和缔结新的同盟.
