| 摘 要： | 阐述了天津职业技术师范大学机械制造工艺教育专业为适应社会发展的新形势,在教学理念确立、培养方案完善、专业课程体系优化、教学内容精选、教学方法和教学手段改革与创新、高水平教材编写、多种类教学资源开发、特色一体化师资队伍建设、第二课堂创新和实践、卓越职教师资培养计划实施等方面做出的大量研究与实践.该项研究与实践解决了专业建设中出现的相关问题,进一步巩固了机械制造工艺教育专业建设成果,提高了人才培养质量.

| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the new situation of social development, in the process of constructing the specialty of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology and Education in Tianjin University of Technology and Education （TUTE）,lots of re- search and practice have been carried out, which involve establishing teaching ideas, improving cultivating schemes, opti- mizing curricular systems ,selecting teaching contents ,reforming and innovating teaching means and methods ,compiling high-level textbooks, developing multiple teaching resources, constructing characteristic teams of integrative teachers, inno- vating and practicing extracurricular activities, implementing the cultivating plan of the outstanding teachers for vocational education, and so on. The existing achievements are further consolidated. All achievements can be used to solve relevant problems existing in specialty construction. By the way of these achievements, the cultivating quality of talents in TUTE has been improved. |
