摘    要:针对本科与硕士连读类型研究生科研能力培养和发展的实际, 应该把本科毕业设计或整个大 4 学年与研究生阶段作为整体时段安排。介绍了结合导师承担的国家 863 计划课题, 设计培养和提高学生科研创新能力的分阶段发展计划。以实践为基础, 注重解决具体问题的训练和经验的积累, 逐步提高学生的科研能力, 增强学生的科研自信心。为学生今后科研创新能力的长足发展和提高打下良好的基础。

Abstract:Focusing on the new case of straight entrance the undergraduate-graduate student style, we should consider the train courses as a whole part to treat for undergraduate design theme or whole stages and graduate student period. Taking an example from our research project of national 863 issue, we practiced a student aimed at this new kind multi-stage training. We intended to the reality ability training and experience accumulating for student to solve the concretion situation. At the same time, the candidate student can be made more progress gradually for scientific research ability and enhance the self-confidence. Furthermore, the candidate student will get a fixed basement for future research job and create a capital idea.
