| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法探索体育竞技与法治的关联性。研究表明：体育竞技与法治都是规则之治；竞技体育与法律在仪式性和运行方式上有着共通性；竞技模式已融入了司法实践。体育竞技与法治有着内在的共同逻辑，它们具有通约性。

On the Commensurability between Sport Competition and Governance of Law |

| Abstract: | By means of document-based research and logical analysis this paper explores the relevance of sport and the governance of law.Research shows that:sport competition and the governance of law are kinds of governance rule, and they have some similarities. There is a convergence on ritual and operation mode be?tween them;competitive pattern has blended in the judicial practice;they have inherently similar logic,which present their commensurability. |
