| 摘 要： | 大学文化与高校软实力是大学办学的综合实力和核心竞争力的重要组成部分。大学文化主要包括大学文化精神、大学文化模式、大学文化理念和大学文化载体四个方面。高校软实力涵括了高校的吸引力、影响力、文化力、制度力、公关力、组织力等要素。软实力是一种特殊的学校文化，充满活力的大学文化是构建和强化大学软实力的重要载体。大学文化建设是建设一流大学的必要条件，是学校内涵建设的重要方面，是提升高校软实力的重要指标。加强大学文化建设是提升高校软实力的重要途径。
