| 摘 要： | 广西沿海高校具有服务北部湾经济区信息化建设的功能、学科专业、技术力量、信息资源等基本条件；可以通过开发利用信息资源、培养培训信息技术人员、与地方共建信息互动网络平台、信息技术研究开发等模式，为北部湾经济区信息化建设服务；而搞好服务，则需要以建立信息化建设服务运作机制、信息资源合作开发利用机制、社会信息化建设协作机制与激励机制，以及高校自身培养培训信息技术人员的制度来做保障。
